Yes, thats what I've read but strictly as rumors. Some notable UT posters on other boards have confirmed that it was true, but theyre getting it second hand as far as I know.
It has "legs" right now only because this team is an absolute dumpster fire and people want it to be true.

One thing we don't have to worry about is Dobbs throwing sucker punches. He can't hit anyone right now.
