my primary point being is once the team is lost, you have to make a change. it doesnt matter who you get, you cant keep the same guy.
but when youre just bad, you need a better option. Not just another gamble

No one is saying talent or youth is a hindrance to this team. We have talented players and are starting a minimal amount of freshman.
