Heath Cline, who I've always had a lot of respect for, doesn't think Herman is likely to come if offered. Said he spoke to some folks who know him, and that he would be happy to wait at Houston in order to take a peach of a job in a few years.
If this is true, and there isn't any mutual interest, take him off the list...

Yea I felt it unlikely he would jump from Houston after only one season. Thats a great school to stay at until you get the job offer you want
