My only draw back to this guy is, will he be hungry enough and have the desire to put in the ground work on a team and program that doesnt have 5* guys throwing themselves at it.

· Bama wanted him for OL coach

· Relationships with guys like Shane Beamer, Brad Lawing, Marcus Lattimore, Jay Graham and Ellis Johnson

· Age

· Wants this job

Cons:

· Can he make the tough calls on staff?

· Does he have the ties to put together a top-notch recruiting & coaching staff?

· Does he have more than 2 running plays to use (speaking to his ingenuity/ability to adjust)

· No experience as HC (until Saturday… and can 6 games as interim HC really be enough time to judge his true potential as such?)

He has the ability to turn subpar talent into competetive guys. See his body of work at APP St.
Did he learn enough for HBC and the system they had at APP St. to step in and be the guy?

Other than that the above two seem similar to me.
