I think it was right yesterday, but it was changed recently.

My only draw back to this guy is, will he be hungry enough and have the desire to put in the ground work on a team and program that doesnt have 5* guys throwing themselves at it.

He has the ability to turn subpar talent into competetive guys. See his body of work at APP St.
Did he learn enough for HBC and the system they had at APP St. to step in and be the guy?

Other than that the above two seem similar to me.
