You mean the institution that still has Don Leebern on their Board of Regents?

Don Leebern, he of the old-school "summer jobs" programs, purchaser of fine automobiles at Bill Heard Chevrolet, and the adulterous trist and subsequent marriage to the UGA gymnastics coach?

No, talking about Uga, not the board of regents. 2 very different things.
