Not one team in the SEC wins more than three games with that schedule

bullshite, LSU plays everyone of those teams but Georgia every year, and all of them every six years. Pretty sure we've had all of three sub-10 win seasons over the past 11 years (9-4 and 8-5 twice), and will win at least 10 again this year.

This year's OSU team would be an 8-9 win team (including bowl game) in the SEC West, and that's only because Arkansas and Auburn are down.

Are we back to pretending that every team in the SEC West is good again? Every year LSU plays Arkansas, Auburn, Mississippi State, A&M, and Ole Miss. Most years that's five wins for any top football team. Throw in a weak East opponent or two and three or four cupcake OOC opponents and it's not as difficult as you imply to get to 10 wins.

Ohio State could walk through the SEC West, especially with an OOC of McNeese State, Syracuse, Eastern Michigan, and Western Kentucky. Ohio State plainly has an easy schedule, but that isn't directly related to their ability to win football games.
