I honestly think the formula is there. The culture is here. The facilities are apparent. What is it?
This particular year the injuries, lack of talent, and loss of experienced upperclassmen from last year has the team in turmoil.
BB seems like he's just rattling off a bunch of coach speak in his pressers. I hope Jeff Long has the patience to keep BB on because I think the man knows how to coach. And we know Arky can be successful in this division with the right coaching.

Not sure turmoil, just cant close games out, and the OOC schedule was a lot tougher than any of us imagined

Jeff Long led the huge buyout clause he has now, fans are the ones needing patience. Long and the BOT are obviously onboard
