Went to school in the area:
Football:
Eddie Lacy - Bama (Dutchtown)
Landon Collins - Bama (Dutchtown)
Eric Reid - LSU (Dutchtown)
Glen Dorsey - LSU (East Ascension)
*Soon-to-be Stephen Sullivan - LSU (Donaldsonville)
Baseball:
Jason Williams - LSU (St. Amant)
*Reid Brginac - committed to LSU, but ended up getting drafted in the 2nd round by the Rays. (St. Amant)
Basketball:
Butch Pierre - Interim Head Coach/Assistant Coach - LSU (St. Amant)
I'm sure I'm missing some.
*several athletes that didn't play in the SEC, and went on to have successful sporting careers
