Your not being forced to give any information to the government. Only if you want to buy a gun.

You do not have a constitutional right to a car. The 2nd amendment gives citizens the right to own a firearm.

Actually you dont have to have a tag or insurance unless you travel (at any time) on or across a public road. I have a old jeep that has not had a tag in 7 years. It never leaves my farm. If it breaks down I drive my new truck to store and get parts and put them on. It never leaves the property and I have no interest in buying a tag.

What SF has done is in voilation of federal law, but that does not really matter because this administration only enforces laws it wants to. It does not do the proper thing and have congress change the law (because they probably could not get it through congress), they just ignore or add new regulation in ways contrary to existing law.

Examples of this would be this action we are discussing, amnesty, many EPA regulations.
