Judge Edmond E. Chang of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois ruled that Chicago’s total ban on firearms dealers was unconstitutional. In his opinion, Chang noted that the Second Amendment right “must also include the right to acquire a firearm.”

I would expect that the illegal action SF took would fall under this ruling if it gets pushed. They are using illegal laws to attempt to drive businesses out and violating Federal law with the requirements they currently have.

San Fran didn't ban the selling of guns did they? Regardless what I responded to and tropic's response don't make any sense. A lack of Gun shops isn't evidence by itself of infringing rights. Could easily be that they were not doing any business because it's a gun shop in San Fran and people there are liberal pussies. If they want to make money, they should have opened a butt plug store.
