The city of San Francisco isn't that large. Go elsewhere in the Bay Area to get them. BART goes well outside of San Francisco proper.

Gay marriage has failed literally every single time in every American State it got on the ballot. Yes, even CA voted it down.

Or don't pass an illegal statute in order to force citizens not to purchase and businesses to close.
