I'm actually starting to wonder. I think he tried to go really hands-off last year, and he hired some very bad people. I will reserve judgement for now.

Of course the Bears scare me. They are playing excellent football right now.
I certainly do not expect Vandy to beat them, but it would be amazing to see this board if they did.
