As long as they are winning Mizzou will stay on top 25. There really isn't much of a difference between the number 20 & 40 ranked teams. Mizzou is definitely in that range. If they can get to just a mediocre offense, then a higher ranking is in store.

Yeah but lets face it Tennessee and Mississippi State are way better than us right now and they should be ranked ahead of us.

If the offense continues as is we are not a top 40 team. Had we played any conference games already we'd have that many losses. If we get a mediocre offense, we might get to 7-8 wons

Just keep winning. Oh and change of quarterback is a must at this point. Their roles should be flipped.

If we get a mediocre offense we can repeat last year. If we don't we are looking at 6-7 wins.

You have teams like Tennessee, Florida, setting right there just out of the top 25. A loss next week will have Mizzou free falling out of that #25 spot. A loss to either Tenn. or Florida will do the same as I don't see Mizzou improving that #25 spot for awhile if at all.

But what does it matter really at this point? It's way to early to be thinking about polls. If the offensive line can get it's shite together, I think any RB we have right now with the exception of Ish would be pretty good. Need to start looking for Culkin more. Scrap the bubble screen and block strait ahead and jamb the ball between the tackles. It's what they did last year. That line flat wore out defenses by the 3rd Q and step on their necks in the 4th. Utilize Hunt as a fullback and just ram the damn ball down teams throats. Get Berk back into the groove and run that kid too. He's a load. They need to start just beating the crap out of defenses.
