I mean yea, it's stupid as frick to do, but prison? Let's be real here. During the Baltimore riots, the fricking MAYOR told the cops to stand down while businesses were burned down. Not any arrests once that order was given.
And some fricking 18 year old doing a drunk prank = prison?
