We'll be content to be confident, and you'll be content to say that Lawson is an All-American after dominating the Fighting Petrino's and an FCS squad.

Lawson didn't play the 2nd half of Louisville and did not play against JSU. The first half of Louisville he was in on every play..and he was dominant. If he can't play this week..we are screwed. Yes he is that good.

No doubt he's a talented player. But LSU's OL is dominant. You haven't heard about them and that's fine and good. Lawson may be as good as advertised and I did see him making a lot of plays vs. Louisville.

But LSU under Miles truly enjoys scheming right at a marquee lineman like Lawson. Everyone always talks about La'El Collins' taking ownership of Myles Garrett's lunch money repeatedly in College Station last year, but when you break it down, we specifically schemed right at him all night. Especially early in the 1st half.

We ran Collins at him, and then we ran an unbalanced line look where we brought last year's RT (This year's LT) Chris Hawkins as an extra tackle outside of Collins on the Left Side, and THEN lined up Dillon Gordon (300lb TE) to the left of Hawkins, and then essentially stole Garrett's manhood. We did this specifically to take TAMU's strength and run right at it.

I would not be surprised to see us do it Saturday.
