What exactly are your solutions to improve the program?

A New coach if there is no new improvement. We have given Charlie B 15 years and we've got 2 SEC titles. shite 35% of the coaches in D1 could have the same record with our talent level. We have top notch talent, Richt's a great rectruiter and really good OC but a Shithole coach. It's do or die time for Charlie B! If we lose to SCjr, I'll have to call the Gambino's and call in my favor!

138 wins 7 top 10 teams in final AP in 15 years. Not every coach can do that. Look at the records and turnover in coaches in college football.

You're an idiot if you think 35% of coaches could have the same record.

Yep you are correct. Richt has done less with more, and I'm sure we can find someone else out there to replace him and keep up the 9 win seasons and 0 SEC Championships in the past 10 years. Winning the East 2 out of 10 years isn't that great either. Richt is not in the top tier of coaches in the SEC and it looks as if that is what it will take to win at UGA.
