We play a garbage team. Does Jake start and play the whole game? Does Bateman get the majority of the plays? Does Morris play? Does this game mean anything for the competition?

Jake looked better than I anticipated, still don't like his throwing motion but it didn't hurt us. There were a couple throws he should have completed, those will come with timing and rhythm. I think Jake can win us a title, or at least not hinder our chances to get to one. I expect his confidence shot up after Saturday night. Maybe that will be the catalyst that can propel him to a great year. I hope so.

I expect Coker to play for a half and gets the official nod as a starter. Bateman will play the 2nd half, and unless he struggles, I fully expect him to play most of the 2nd half with Morris getting 2-3 drives in the 4th.

You utter another disrespectful word about my Middle Tennessee State University Blue Raiders, and you and I are going to have ourselves a gentlemen's discussion at whatever Sonic is halfway between our respective locals.

I think MTSU will turn out to be the perfect team to play before Ole Miss. They're an up-tempo spread team and I heard they put up something like 700 yards of total offense on Saturday (against an outmatched opponent)...no, we're not going to lose the game but, when we're scheduling non-Power 5 opponents, I want to schedule as many HUNH teams as possible...should be good for our D...

Coker plays the entire first half. Depending on the score and how the last drive of the first half finishes, he'll start the second half and play until we put a good drive together. Bateman will get 1-2 series with the first team offense before they get pulled. He'll play the remainder of the game until there's 5-6 minutes left in the 4th. Morris comes in to handoff and throws one ball out in the flat to a back or tight end
