Several years of coaching offensive line

WGAS?And I highly doubt you coached anywhere or went to any clinics.

Played HS ball and 1 year of FCS ball and forgotten more about CFB than you'll ever know. And I also have to friends that were SEC officials.

Are we really comparing
resumes on messeage boards? Are you really this
freakin dense?

So are you saying when this form of holding is called (which it is)the officials are incorrect?Or does the rulebook need to changed?

Better yet, find ONE SEC linesman or umpire that would
confirm this interpretation of the rules.

Tell ya what... Go find one single offensive lineman at any 4 year University. If they tell you that they're taught not to hold inside the numbers, I'll start a public apology thread, give you my phone number and apologize to you personally over the phone.

If you're interested, I can give you Rob Sale's e-mail address for you to ask him directly what type of hand placement he teaches.
