It looked like we didn't have progressions. I sure hope that's not the way Gus is coaching. I've questioned this in the past 2-3 years though.

Gus said that the reason Duke didn't get the ball thrown his way was precisely because JJ was making the reads and that he was double covered. My feeling is that Grantham was disguising coverages and JJ was getting frustrated and started trying to force it.

It was a one read passing game for a long time. They would get to the line and. Gus would read the D and the playcall would be to who was supposed to be open.
It was like that under Todd and even Cam. Thought it might evolve with JJ 3 years in the system. But we will see
