Don't get me wrong, I love scoring points as much as anybody, but defensive struggles like the 2010 Nebraksa game are just fun to watch.

I agree. I do think that if my team isn't elite and I have to choose, I do prefer a great offense over a great defense. Those pitiful LSU offenses make even the cream puffs painful.

I think elite defense and productive offense is the best combination though.

because these will never not be funny

I can't wait for aggys to land Martell tomorrow. I'm going to favorite so many tweets tomorrow to bump after he eventually flips.

But hey, Sumlin is a master at landing early commits. See Little, Hudson, and Cleveland.

not a shocker but martell announced aggy. gonna be fun to watch it fall apart

Fingers crossed for SC. With Town gone you know they have the room.

quote:

Just checked, and apparently USC guys aren't optimistic he'll flip... they have their sights set on a St. Louis QB. Hopefully they make a bigger push for Martell down the road.

2017 right?

Sumlin should almost be gone by then. Spavital will have been fired. The kid won't be an aggy

One of the big name West Coast schools will eventually become involved. Martell will end up on the West Coast. This is why early commits are worthless.

That's true, two of the five are gone and one is halfway done. Only a cotton bowl win to show for it. I see atleast one of the 5 stars transferring sooner than later.

This'll be it though- if this one even sticks. 2 years out? Psh. Eventually they'll see you can't win jack at aggy.

Plus the new coach would need to run the same system.
