He did have some good yardage against us but I remember most of it being late in the game where we gave up short yardage to prevent the deep ball.

82 of his yards came on 4 carries against UTMartin. He had 1 carry against Bama for zero yards(you remembered that incorrectly). His highest load game was against Vandy with 14 carries for 57 yards.

Yeah just looked it up. On the other hand, Robinson, who he's replacing, sucked it up against good competition. He didn't do so well against OM, Bama, GT, and Arkansas. And Shump saw a lot of time pass blocking because he's much better at it than Robinson. So it's not easy to compare and make a verdict, but I think he will be at least serviceable. And if he isn't, Lee or Williams will be.

Dak having 3 elite WR'a is definitely going to help ease the RB's job too.
