Josh Dobbs doesn't sweat. He is a humanoid. He will raise his medial ridges to catch moisture from the atmosphere. This enables him to cool down via evaporative cooling.

If he were descended from Mr Peanut,there would be no sweat glands.
But I certainly do not believe he is since Mr Peanut is merely an advertising character created to promote Planter's products...
