It was the name of a publication; not just a reference to the term in an article.

Not arguing whether or not the courts got it right. I am sure they did. Copyright and trademark laws are pretty black and white. But, A&M was not the first to use it. All I am saying.

The Texas Aggies suited up the original 12th Man, E. King Gill, to play in a game in 1922.

That is why CFB's largest student section stands throughout the game.

It looks like we may be through with Seattle and their crooked owner giving us low dollar to use our trademark.

They just can't stomach admitting that football is a man's game.
