Tree shoulda been topped and come down in sections. I'd love to know the owners of the home and the property. Neither, based on first observations, seem to have any sense.

Ah, I see that now.


There aren't many legit tree companies left out there because worker's comp insurance is so high for them. I have a family friend in the business and it always takes him 3-4 weeks to come out when I call he's so backed up with work.

There's a chance the tree twisted as well. Like alahunter said, they should've topped and then pieced it down. That power line probably should been disconnected as well, hard to tell.

I did tree work for a couple years and it's amazing to watch someone who knows what they're doing. I've dudes make limbs do neat stuff to avoid houses, fences, etc.
