No more than 3 years. Two options I see:
1) Continues to struggle in conference play and Arkansas fires him to save face. They need to at least act as if they expect more than 2 conference wins a year
2) He performs well and moves on to a better job. Let's face it, Arkansas is a stepping stone for him

Name a coach who has left Arkansas on his own accord in football, baseball or basketball in the last 50 years. I'll give you a couple of hints: It's 1 guy and he spits when he talks. He was also 6-1 vs. A&M.

Meh.
I think he loves it there. He's embraced the university/state, and they've embraced him right back. Seems like a pretty genuine guy. And the SEC is the SEC. Unless Texas comes calling, I think he'll be in Fayetteville for a little while, assuming his teams perform.
