Sure, but when looking at the extremes and looking further into the rush defenses, there is a nice margin in which UGA had favor.

Georgia faced 3 defenses in league play that averaged giving up more than 183 yards on the ground. Arkansas faced one(aTm).

Arkansas faced 3 teams in the bottom half of the league in rush defense. UGA faced 5 of the 7 bottom half teams. UGA being in the bottom half, means they faced 5/6 worst rush defenses in the league.

Arkansas faced 5 of the top 7 rush defenses in the league. Arkansas being one of the top defenses, means Arkansas faced 5/6 of the available top rush defenses in the league

Are you looking at teams in the conference only? UGA played Clemson and Louisville. 2 top 10 rush defenses. 1 for Arkie (Bama)

Georgia actually faced 4 of the top 15 rush defenses in the country (Arkie only had Bama on there)

Yes. The OP was talking conference games only.
