UNC was offering phony classes for athletes to keep them eligible. That is one of the schools that the presient of Clemson ranked lower.

I probably wouldn't have ranked these other schools lower, but the same as Clemson because I think that is true. Clemson is better than UNC at undergrad level because it has engineering and architecture and I believe other unique majors UNC doesn't offer. UNC is basically liberal arts and business, which is fine but a college that offers a great diversity of majors is better in my view.

If you look at the highest ranked colleges, most of them are colleges that are the oldest in country that have had a lot of wealthy people and politician kids go to. So that is the real manipulation, they market themselves all the time but it is all hype.

If Clemson can control our ranking then so can other schools. Why isn't Clemson ranked no. 1 now? If we are master manipulaters why does it top out at 20. lol

Cmon man...everyone knows that even at the most prestigious universities, athletes get special treatment. UNC just happened to take it further than others and got caught. UNC is a Premier Public University regardless of its athletes.
