isn't limiting class sizes supposed to be a good thing? So what if the only reason they did it was because of the US News criteria? Any college could have done this.
I have no problem with ranking schools lower, because unc and others are so overhyped by people. Few people think for themselves on these college reputations.
only reason you are obsessed with this, from like 7 years ago, is it is Clemson.

Which is exactly why Clemson manipulates it. Appealing to the lowest common denominator.
