If this person has an infectious disease, he should not be on the field with other players.
Can his disease be caught from sweat, saliva, or blood? These three fluids can easily be transferred between players. Someone gets slobber-knocked and their spit lands on your body and bam, you no longer have eyebrows.
People like him should have more respect for other human beings than to subject them to this kind of danger. It's selfish and bordering on sociopathic.
