True. But LSU is the top SEC program of the last decade, and one of the top 3 programs in the country, averaging nearly 11 wins a year.
Alabama is easily the best of the past 5 years. But LSU is the only school that has challenged mighty Bama in the last decade, with 7 of the last nine head to head meetings coming down to the final seconds, 3 in OT.
