I wonder where they go after they are retired? I guess some animal sanctuary??

Not sure. I think the only one to be "retired" was Mike IV. Mike III died on campus from some complications and his vets instituted the policy to retire the Mikes before they got too old and kicked the bucket at school.
I think IV went to the zoo, but V died during surgery from renal failure.
