Curious as to why you'd single out UGA.
When LSU traveled to Seattle, Houston, and Dallas....all three cities were a sea of (LSU) purple and gold. The bar ownerss in Seattle all said they had seen nothing like it before. LSU fans drank them dry in a couple of hours.
Don't want to quibble here, but any of the SEC's "big six" fan-bases travel well IMHO. Really don't see how it's possible to say one is better than the other.
Depends on the game, depends on the season.

Considering Houstin has more LSU grads than all of LA and Dallas more than anyone outside of Hou, BR and NO, I don't think you can really count those.
