Me too. Obviously she was too young to remember much of it.

When we all came in for her 100th birthday we got her to tell us about a lot. Her dad was a Prohibitionist preacher and had a bunch of attacks and death threats. She remembered one night her dad dragging her outside the middle of the night and passing out because the house had been gassed.

Her husband was a radio operator in WW2 and she got go go around the pacific and South America with him following the war.

She was in Biloxi during integration.

It was just two hours of stories and we didn't say hardly a thing.
