The problem with what you posted is that kids nowadays refuse to stay put if it playing time isn't available immediately. Look at all the transfers we've had at the position the last few years. It makes what you mentioned extremely difficult.

Right, and at that point, it's on the offensive coordinator to simplify concepts.
