I had to work-up to it. Learned to take a nap after lunch to be good and rested by 6PM. Then I'm good to go until about 2AM, up around 7AM ... then another day in paradise. I can handle 90 degrees ... but all these 100 degree days limit my outdoor activity. Two heart attacks make me want to try to avoid a third.
