Yea, I would go with Mace probably for UF. UF doesn't really have the history (long term) for Yoda. However, as far as recent memory is concerned, definitely one of the baddest mofo's around.
Yoda is a tough one. ETA: Though, after his final showdown with the emperor, he does run and hide in his swamp

Shouldn't LSU be yoda?
Good in the 30's-60's, but fell off for the most part until the SEC(Galaxy) called for our help, so even though we were old and washed up(90's) we came back with vengeance and great abiluty(00's), but right now the decline(dying in the hut)
