Yep, that's exactly what he's saying, you got him. Nevermind the wealth of other available impartial licensed attorneys or the fact that its simply hilarious one that is a Mississippi State fan chose to take the case.

Statistically this would be likely to happen though. I'm betting at least 50% of the state's lawyers are MSU fans. You can't really contribute it to a rivalry influenced situation when it's the probable thing to happen.
