I always done push and pull days and then every so often mix it up for a few weeks.

I push and pull everyday, push my big arse to the table, and pull it back when finished...

Cognac as well, I prefer it over scotch and bourbon. Anyone else?

Push/Pull is a great workout, but your body will get used to it very quickly.

I feel ya.

I don't lift like I used to but isometric days can be nice to throw in every so often too. It's the ultimate to-failure workout.
