You ever stop to think that maybe those guys were on the bench because they weren't that good? I mean, that's literally the first thought that occurred to me.
Or maybe a line with a lot of movement benefits from guys staying in the system. There is no excuse for a freshman being better than a sophomore 90% of the time on the OL. If it's happening, I'm going to say it's time to look at your S&C coach, or you're running a 1990's HS scheme at OL. A team with good depth shouldn't have underclassman starting on the OL, with rare exception.

ITT, Dawgs are toeing the company line about replacing starters and players and Tigahs are relying on games in the past to predict future success.

He is not taking into account a full extra year to develop behind the upperclassmen. It has driven lots of us bonkers at times. But, Mullen has stayed true to his system.
All over the field.
All over the field.

Uh, maybe the freshman is more talented? That happens all the time.
