Okay, that hearing had to have been hilarious (except for the part about Farese cross examining a 12 year old boy and making him cry).

Miller sounds like the low life I expected him to be. But that won't stop the NCAA from listening to him if he actually has evidence of infractions. That's the big question here: Was there any type of violation and can Miller prove it?

Here's what we have learned:

Miller is a hothead.
Miller is on partial disability, but his goal is to get on full disability (its good to have goals in life!)
Tunsil really did have an agent over at the house.
The Yellow convertible was real, but Tunsil claims it was a rental driven by "a friend from South Carolina" (BTW, when did Miller claim the convertible belonged to Tunsil; was that in court today?)
Miller declined the $3,000 offered by TMZ, which unfortunately might be the only money he was going to make in this deal.

But, really, no one ever thought anything was going to come from the criminal case. I'm just glad we got some entertainment out of it!

This all boils down to whether Miller actually knows anything that may be damaging to Tunsil, whether that is dealing with agents or something about Tunsil's recruitment. He has already spoken to the NCAA, and this hearing has no bearing on that.
