I grew up in the Foley area and went to Foley High. One of my life long friends is his cousin and he told me a few weeks ago Kenny had been battling prostate cancer. I guess it must be related somehow. I always thought he was fantastic on the Alabama broadcasts as a color guy.

Cancer sucks. To lose a guy like Stabler to it... I hope and pray that my grandchildren won't grow up in a world where cancer is still around.
