Look what Chavis did with bad defenses at LSU that will give you a peak of what to expect. If their linebacker and secondary improves they could be pretty good. But you can say 9-3 for probably every SEC west team.

I agree with this. I think a 6-2 conference record in the west wins it albeit with a tie breaker. The odd thing is this year it could be any team. Some have less of a chance than others but I wouldn't be surprised to see an aTm or arkansas sneak in there. I would still bet on bama, Au, then LSU but it wouldn't surprise me. Ole miss and Mss state will be tough wins as well, the west will be brutal and probably cannibalize itself.
