I agree we should have gone to 9 games when we added TA&M & Mizz..
Okay, let's take a look @ your proposed plan:
7 Div. Games
1 Annual Cross-Division Game
1 Rotating Cross-Divison Game
==================================
14 YEARS to rotate through the other division.
4X4 pods = 6 YEARS to play everybody home/away
*Also has the option to play everybody in 3 year increments or H/A in back-to-back years.
Although, I'm still waiting to hear your response on this.

ALSO, per YOUR "brilliance", explain how you're going to get UGA on board with a 9 game SEC, Aub., GT, + ____ schedule each year!"
