Here is the catch when has Auburn been highly praised back to back years ?

Last Year Problem

Defensive Line

started year without two pass rushers in Lawson and Harrell, then Lambert got hurt final three games. Down three pass rushers Adams,Wright,Blackson faced double teams, huge run lanes.

Secondary

Everyone saw the mass exodus of players in the spring. The two db coaches got into it with several players. We were stout on defense until Miss St,although offense was the real culprit spotting them 21 pts then defense forced to's and we screwed up three red zone trips.Whitehead was suspended six games then his replacement Holsey got in the doghouse with Reed and Ruffin also in doghouse. They barely played down the stretch

Solving The Problem

We brought in not only Muschamp but Lance Thompson aka Alabamas linebacker coach. All three injured pass rushers back as is Garrett and Mitchell at LBer. The defense was missing several players from injury. Now the line has three pass ends back with Cowart coming in. The secondary got transfers from a starter from Georgia in Tray Matthews and another starter in Blake Countess from Michigan. So now with Jonathan Jones both corners all conference corners. Holsey moves to nickle where he was a all american has a freshman. He has been forced to move around cuz of injuries.

BTW Jeremy Johnson is slightly faster than Marshall and he Newtons size, he can run and we still will be in zone read.Running back U has three five star backs and deep at WR and OL.All American Guard Kozan returns from injury and Austin Golson transfers in from Ole Miss at center.Oline starts three five stars. We just got a five star transfer from Texas in o line and a 4 star transfer from Ohio St but they will have to sit till next year. Auburn is loaded. They get Geogia and Alabama at home and both Miss schools.
