I guess I shouldn't be surprised that you read our board (that gets next to no traffic), is it the first board you check when you log on?
Anyway, without looking, I'd say most of the comments are something like "phat Phil and serraneaux have done a number on the rant" and the like. You should probably RA if it's such an issue. I have a pretty easy solution for posters that annoy me or threads that don't interest me, I don't click them. The same people that complain are the same ones in every on of those threads. Funny how that works.

Some people don't seem to realize that the 7 or 8 regular posters on this board per fanbase represent 0.000000000000001% of the actual fanbase. I don't base my view of say, Auburn's, fanbase on phan. That'd be stupid.
I wonder how many people chiming in on this thread have had more than 1 or 2 expereiences IRL mixing and mingling with other fanbases.
I've been going to games since I was 3 and have been to hundreds of games at a shite ton of venues. And the truth is that outside of a few isolated incidents, 99% of the time fans are all normal and act indifferent. There really isn't that much that distinguishes one fanbase from another.
