Those two teams have one, and only one, "true" rival.

While I agree the answer is tOSU/UM, Michigan certainly has Sparty on the brain(especially after losing however many years in a row to them now). And they did to a lesser extent have ND as a stable rival, but that's over now.

Ohio State does only have Michigan though. PSU seems to consider Ohio State a rival, but it's one sided. I do enjoy our match ups with them as they're comparable to us in just about every way, but Michigan they are not.

In the SEC version the players are Bama as Ohio State, LSU with Penn State, and Auburn as Michigan.

I have no problem saying the OSU vs UM rivalry is bigger. Fans outside of the SEC say they enjoy it more so there you have it. I think they're crazy though. No bologna, that game is boring to me. I watch every single football game I possibly can, so therefor I watch "The Game." But nothing about it is grand to me. I'm young, and since I've been old enough to know what is going on, the Iron Bowl has been WAY better, and bigger/more important. That's really all I care about.
