I would choose Nashville. Major city so the suburbs will have good schools, hospitals, etc. Jobs, I will be able to get a job anywhere and cost of living is not a factor. Plus it is far enough north that it gets snow but not so far enough north that the snow is miserable and it is within easy flying distance of home.

Since almost every SEC town has already been mentioned, I'll add Columbia, MO to the list.
