I wouldn't trade ours for any staff, not including Bama. I think Robb Smith is going to price himself to be one of the best DCs in the country in the next 2-3 years. Jury is obviously out on Enos. Very happy with Bielema. He's still young (relatively) and has many years to perfect his coaching - he admitted that he took too much of a cookie cutter approach the first year, and it showed with our record. Instead of continuing the same approach he hired a new DC and shaped the defense into one of the best in the country, lending to the improvement in not just the record, but competing in every game. that to me shows maturity and the willingness to change. I honestly think he's going to be in the tier 1 of coaches within 5-10 years

idk man. He's like an advertisement for a massive coronary. I would advise you to cherish every moment you have with him.

That's not surprising. Arkansas fans on this board are notoriously fans of their coaching staffs in all of the sports. Petrino, Nutt (before the PR request), Van Horn, Heath, etc. The only one you guys didn't really like (and it still took two seasons) was Pelphrey.
