Can you please provide a link to where in the past the NCAA has ruled against a player that took a "local" ride with either an agent or "runner"?

** Edit: where there were not extenuating circumstances (ie. lying to investigators etc...) & deemed it worth enough to suspend a player or sanction an institution?

its happened. Hell one kid got in trouble for accepting a golf cart ride to class in the past, but falls under the same rule set. The thing is though, its not a major violation and punishment is education and repayment for the service, which is just a couple of dollars
